A)        Is it legal to ship cigarettes and tobacco product worldwide?

B)        Do you ship cigarettes worldwide

By putting our shop online, 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we intent to ship worldwide. But the exception of several countries/states that prohibited internet purchases of cigarettes, we are advised not shipped to you when there are strict custom restrictions that lead to high delivery failure rates.

It is your responsibility to determine whether internet purchases of cigarettes in your area are prohibited under local lows. In the event that you have to pay taxes, you can either pay the taxes and pick up the parcels or reject the parcels and ask for money back. We will refund your money minus shipping and handling charges as soon as the product reaches us.

C)                Is it safe to pay by credit card online?

Credit card is the most common medium of payment in online business transaction. Do note that you do not “directly” pay us, but the credit card company’s or online payment secure server, so your credit card number cannot be intercepted and your personal data is 100% secured.

All the detail that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted by the credit card or the reliable online payment company. We will not hold any credit card details and your card are solely used to process your order online. The system we choose is fully automated secure server, and fully controlled by our online billing provider.

D)        How long does it take to process my order?

Most of the products shown online are also available in our shop offline. If the stock is temporary out of order, we will let you know immediately via email within 48 hours. Usually we shipped out all our customer order once in a week. We can ship an orders in 24 hours upon special request from our customer which subject to stock availability. We will notified your via email when we have confirmed your order and ship your order.

E)        How long does it take to deliver my order?

We use our national Air Mail Postal service to ship orders. It provides moderate fast and inexpensive delivery to most countries of the world. Usually it take 14-21 working days to reach our buyer in most countries.

F)         Can I track my parcel online by means of its number?

No. The parcels cannot be tracked when we ship them by standard national Air Mail Postal services.

G)        Do you deliver by international couriers? (e.g.: DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc)

Deliver by these worldwide well known couriers are expensive. If you prepared to pay for faster, reliable and trackable service, we can arrange them for you personally. We will request additional charges from you before any shipment.

H)                Can I resell my order to my friend?

You are advised not to resell the products you order online from us. Under International Duty Laws, you can purchase tobacco goods for personal consuming only. Buying cigarettes from us for resale are against with the law, because the taxes of your country were not paid.

3. You understand that our cigarettes/tobacco products may not made in the U.S.A or Europe countries only. The country of origin is clearly indicated in the package that you will receive.
     
4. For international and U.S customers:
   The cigarettes boxes/tobacco products we sold may not indicating the proper Surgeon General Warnings or indicating the warnings in the languages that are understandable by you.However, you understand that the correct Surgeon General Warnings is:
    
   • Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy.· Smoking by pregnant women may result in fetal injury, premature birth and low birth weight.
       
   • Cigarettes smoke contains carbon monoxide. Quitting smoking now greatly reduces serious risks to your health.
